Recommended mixing process

a. Before adding other components, sandgel BP and organic thickener were mixed with water at a concentration of 2-5wt% respectively to prepare sol, and then mixed uniformly in proportion under constant stirring.

b. Before adding other components, sandgel BP and organic thickener can be added into water at the same time under constant agitation to prepare suspension or sol system.

c. Before adding other components, sandgel BP is prepared into sol in hot water, and then organic thickener is added into sol under constant stirring until uniform colloid is formed.

【Operation process】：

A. pre gel preparation: SandGel BP is made into sol in hot water, then continuously stirred, the xanthan gum is added into the sol, and then agitated until a uniform colloid is formed.

b. Preparation of grinding fluid: under the condition of high-speed shearing, add water to the raw drug and other additives in the formula (except sandgel BP and xanthan gum) to make a uniform suspension.

c. Sanding: input the dispersed suspension into the sanding machine, and wet grind until the average particle size of the original drug is 2-5 μ M.

d. plus pre gel: pre prepared pre gel is added into the slurry to be evenly mixed according to the measurement.
