【Product overview】

Nano silica for denitration is a new type of nano catalytic material developed by the company for many years and applied for a long time. Compared with conventional silica, the material has unique pore structure, large pore volume, adjustable pore size and high specific surface area, which can be used in the fields of environmental catalysis and petrochemical catalysis. The multi-stage channels of nano silica can affect the adsorption, desorption and diffusion of reactants and products, and then improve the activity and selectivity of denitration reaction.

【Material characteristics】

Ø  Unique pore structure, large pore volume, adjustable pore diameter and specific surface area.

Ø  Solid skeleton structure, good hydrothermal stability.

Ø  The purity of silica is more than 95%, and the shrinkage of the material is close to that of titanium dioxide.

Ø  The fine post-treatment technology can ensure that it has suitable water absorption capacity and good fluidity and plasticity on wet basis.


【Efficacy characteristics】

Ø  The mechanical strength (axial and radial compressive strength, wear resistance) of the honeycomb catalyst was improved on the basis of ensuring denitrification performance by increasing the proportion of traditional ceramic substrate silica in SCR honeycomb catalyst.

Ø  The pore volume and specific surface area of SCR honeycomb catalyst can be increased / adjusted by adding porous silica with controllable performance.

Ø  The addition of silica with pore structure can improve the denitration activity and selectivity of SCR honeycomb catalyst.

Ø  Adding porous silica to increase / regulate the number / type of acid sites of SCR honeycomb catalyst, thus improving the alkali / sulfur resistance of the catalyst and reducing the sulfur conversion rate.

Ø  The addition of porous silica improves the shape and fluidity of SCR catalyst slurry, improves the yield of catalyst production, and is suitable for the production of porous catalyst.

【Application description】

Addition amount: 5-30% of titanium based oxide.

usage method:

1. The first step is to mix and add other solid powder at one time, and then add liquid material after low-speed dry mixing, and then carry out in sequence according to the general mixing procedure;

2. The amount of water should be reduced according to the amount of nano silica;

3. Prolonging mixing time properly to ensure material uniformity;

4. The extrusion speed can be increased properly.
